Drawing on both ancient and contemporary sound healing techniques, Steph uses her voice alongside instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes, hand pan, monochord, and other resonant tools to create an immersive and deeply healing experience. Each session is carefully curated to support relaxation, inner awareness, and a greater sense of balance and consciousness.

Join Rayne and Stephanie for a beautiful 90 minute practice designed to take you deep inwards. During this immersion you’ll be invited to withdraw from the world of the senses, as Rayne guides a gentle breath and movement practice to liberate energy in preparation for a 30 minute practice of yoga nidra. To enhance your experience, Stephanie will create a calming and intuitive soundscape designed to down-regulate your nervous system and bring you into coherence.
